As a John L. Scott broker, my mission is transactional excellence and client satisfaction.
That means I work tirelessly to make your home buying or selling process as efficient, stress-free and lucrative for you as possible.
About Me:
Hello all – thank you so much for visiting my website! A little about me, born and raised as a native Seattleite in the Phinney neighborhood. I grew up roaming all over Seattle thus becoming quite familiar with the Greater area. Fast forward to the early 90’s and I purchased my first home on 25th & Olive in the Central Area for $80,000 – ah, the good ole days!
Then and there I became a Real estate Investor. Through the advice and tutelage of a good friend to this day who’d been purchasing Real Estate in the same area for the prior 10 years I embarked on what’s become a 27 year plus career. I went crazy buying anything and everything I could weasel, beg, borrow or steal my way into. Single family, duplexes, triplexes, 15 to 26 unit multifamily/mixed use & straight commercial properties. Yeah…. sounds like a lot huh! Well, it was. Actually, quite overwhelming. Oh yes, I also had a full-time gig suppling and selling lift trucks on the eastside, something had to give or I was headed to the asylum and a heavy dose of Xanax!
In 2000 I left the Material Handling Industry and went full time into Real Estate. I’ve since been a Licensed General contractor, Real Estate Broker, Builder, renovator/flipper and full-time landlord. My experience has taught me to evaluate properties from this critical viewpoint. The quality, condition, location & value adders all play into decisions whether to buy or sell, evaluate a price or a location, and look at future potential.
This is the experience I provide to all my clients. It’s unique in that I understand what’s underneath the “skin” of a house or property and, coupled with an understanding of dealing with Municipalities Code & Permitting issues, my clients benefit greatly from this knowledge in their Real Estate needs and desires.
I currently reside in Edmonds; I built my home in 2004 & have been here ever since. I love this area and hope I can be of service to any and all of you. Please feel free to reach out; I'm happy to help in any way I can!
